This challenging ride offers some of the very best vistas in Jo Daviess County via mixed surface roads, relentless climbing, and very few distractions. Before the last leg to Stockton, stop into Loran's famous Slurp 'n' Burp for the nutrition your body craves.

Just over twenty miles, fully paved, and a favorite among community riders for its moderate hills, great scenery, and easy start and finish in historic downtown Galena. Grab a coffee and snack afterwards… the people watching is always excellent.
